Our availability calendar allows you to choose your room(s) and dates and instantly submit your reservation request. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to take your reservation over the phone.
A two-night minimum stay applies from May through September.
A three-night minimum stay applies on holiday long weekends.
One-night stay: On occasion we may have a day gap between stays which allows us to accommodation a stay for the one night. Please call 250-767-9521 to see if we can fit in your request.
All reservations require full payment at time of booking. Once you have received your booking confirmation, please contact us at 250-767-9521 to make payment arrangements. See cancellation policy for more information on changing your reservation.
As we are small boutique B&B, cancellations affect our business. Please ensure you read the following cancellation policy:
All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee per room.
1-night stays are non-refundable.
30 days advance notice of cancellation is required for a full-refund (less the administration fee.) With less than 30 days advanced notice, the entire payment becomes non-refundable.
Early departure or shortening a reserved stay: As we do not overbook, we expect guests to stay their duration of their reservation. Should you have to shorten your stay (depart earlier than planned or arrive later) please understand you are still responsible for all the nights you have booked unless we are able to rebook them.
We are an adult oriented B&B and do not have the provisions suitable for children.
We are not able to accept guest pets as we have our own small, friendly, hypoallergenic dog who will not participate in your stay unless invited to do so.
Our house is 100% non-smoking. For the comfort and health of our guests, smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas.
